You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and mobile telephone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. mcd88 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify mcd88 immediately through the in-platform live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. mcd88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
Accounts are strictly personal. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account, place bets on your behalf, or conduct any account activity under your credentials. mcd88 reserves the right to suspend any account where there is evidence of third-party access or shared usage.
mcd88 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests and before granting access to full platform functionality. KYC verification is a one-time process unless mcd88 has reason to re-verify an account (for example, following a change of payment method, an address update, or a risk-based review trigger).

Deposits via direct bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are typically credited to your mcd88 account instantly upon confirmation of receipt. mcd88 does not charge a deposit processing fee. Any fees charged by the sending bank or payment provider are the Member's responsibility. Deposits made outside of published operating windows may experience a processing delay of up to sixty (60) minutes.

Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the mcd88 account. mcd88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in a different name, or anonymous payment instruments. This policy is applied strictly and without exception as a measure to prevent fraud and money laundering.
All transactions on mcd88 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). mcd88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs associated with a Member's chosen payment method are the Member's sole responsibility.
Note on Processing Times: The withdrawal processing times stated above are typical estimates based on standard platform conditions. They are not contractual guarantees. mcd88 will not be held liable for delays caused by bank processing schedules, public holidays, system maintenance periods, or regulatory holds outside mcd88's direct control.
All bonuses, cashback awards, free bets, and promotional credits offered by mcd88 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the relevant promotion. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

mcd88 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason. The Platform may apply individual account betting limits, market-level limits, or event-level limits at any time. Bet acceptance is not guaranteed and is subject to the availability of the relevant market at the time of bet placement.
Odds displayed on mcd88 are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. A bet is confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed to the Member. mcd88 is not liable for bets placed at incorrect or outdated odds due to a Member's failure to verify the displayed odds at the time of placement.
In the event that a wager is accepted at odds that result from a clear pricing error, system malfunction, or data feed failure, mcd88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stake to the Member's account. This includes situations where odds are demonstrably inconsistent with the true market price at the time of placement. mcd88 will notify affected Members of any voided bets within forty-eight (48) hours of identification.
In-play (live) betting markets on mcd88 are updated in real time. The Platform employs a short delay on in-play bet acceptance to protect against latency exploitation. mcd88 reserves the right to void in-play bets where there is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed with knowledge of an event outcome that was not yet reflected in the live market feed.
For football (judi bola) markets — including Asian handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, mix parlay (accumulator), 1X2, BTTS, and Total Goals markets — specific settlement rules apply based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant competition organizer. mcd88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where mcd88 reasonably determines that: (i) the Member has breached these Terms; (ii) there is evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (iii) the account poses a reputational, financial, or regulatory risk to mcd88; or (iv) continued operation of the account would conflict with mcd88's responsible gaming obligations.
Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the mcd88 support team via in-platform live chat. Account closure requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Any remaining verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method following completion of any applicable pending withdrawal verification steps.
Upon account closure — whether initiated by mcd88 or the Member — all pending bonus funds, uncompleted wagering requirements, and promotional entitlements shall be forfeited. Verified real-money balances in good standing will be returned per Section 12.2 above.
mcd88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mcd88 holds its international operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits a Member's rights under any mandatory consumer protection provisions of Indonesian law that apply regardless of governing law choice.
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, mcd88 encourages Members to first contact the support team via in-platform live chat. The support team will escalate unresolved matters to the platform's Dispute Resolution team, which aims to resolve all formal complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a written complaint submitted to [email protected].
All bet settlement decisions made by mcd88 in accordance with the published sport-specific rules are final, except where mcd88 identifies a manifest error in settlement (see Section 7.3). Members may submit a formal settlement dispute within seven (7) days of the relevant event settlement. Disputes submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
